How member pricing works
Every product has a standard retail price and a set of member prices, one for each tier. When you sign in, the site automatically shows your tier price. On product listings and product pages, the standard price is displayed with a strikethrough alongside your member price, together with the exact amount and percentage you save.
If a product has no specific price configured for your tier, the discount percentage attached to your tier is applied automatically. This means your member price is always available, even on newly listed products.
Who qualifies for which tier
- Bronze — granted automatically on registration, no minimum spend.
- Silver — available from €500 in cumulative spend, or by trade application.
- Gold — available from €1500 in cumulative spend. Adds free express delivery and net-30 payment terms.
- Platinum Partner — for established repair chains and distributors. Contract pricing, volume rebates and warehouse drop-shipping.
Trade accounts for cafés and caterers
If you run a takeaway, coffee shop or event kitchen, our trade programme goes beyond a discount tier. You get priority allocation on fast-moving lines such as bagasse clamshells, paper cups and PLA containers, a dedicated account contact who understands the packaging trade, consolidated monthly invoicing, and the option to hold consignment stock.
