Our story
JADEXAL started in 2016 as a small counter in a Dublin takeaway, run by two caterers who were tired of ordering compostable packaging that took three weeks to arrive from overseas suppliers — or arrived unusable, warped or uncertified.
Today we stock more than 25 lines of takeaway boxes, cups, plates, cutlery, bags and carriers, all held in our own Dublin warehouse. That means an order placed before 3pm on a working day leaves the same day, and every product we ship is one we would serve our own food from.
What we believe
Three principles shape everything we do.

Right product, first time
A box that leaks in a delivery bag costs a kitchen more than the box. We list the exact material, capacity and temperature range of every product, and our team will confirm the right fit for your menu if you are unsure.

Stock here, not somewhere else
We hold our own stock in Dublin rather than drop-shipping. You know what you are buying, and you know when it arrives.

Straight pricing
The price you see is the price you pay, VAT included. Members pay less because they buy more, not because the pricing is obscure.
