Can I return unused catering cases?

Yes, as long as the cases are unopened, undamaged and stored in a dry place.

• Please return them in the original packaging so the cases can be resold.
• Stock that has been stored in a warm or damp environment cannot be resold and cannot be credited.
• Custom printed packaging is non-returnable unless it is faulty.

Bulk returns are collected on the same scheduled delivery round to keep transport costs down.
