What does your guarantee cover for compostable packaging?

Every batch we supply carries EN 13432 certification, so a genuine material failure is unusual. If a container splits, delaminates or leaks in normal service, we treat it as a fault and replace it.

Send us the batch code printed on the case along with photographs and the details of the food and temperature it was holding. We will credit the affected case and investigate the batch with the manufacturer.
