How does member pricing work?

Membership is free and your discount applies automatically at checkout once you are signed in.

• Bronze — 5% off everything, free standard delivery over €30.
• Silver — 10% off, free express delivery and priority support.
• Gold — 15% off, dedicated account manager and net-30 payment terms.
• Platinum — 20% off, contract pricing, volume rebates and warehouse drop-shipping.

Tiers are based on your rolling spend, so your discount rises automatically as your business grows.
