How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days of the return being received at our warehouse.
- Card refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
- Trade accounts on net-30 terms are credited against the next statement.
- Shipping charges are only refunded when the return is caused by a fault on our side.
